Letter to Clerk of Court: Request for Summons

Filed July 28, 2025, this letter formally requests new summonses for all named defendants following the restructuring of the amended complaint in Strickland v. Ramsey County, et al, Case No. 0:25-cv-02056-DWF-DJF.

• Deputy Corina Loya (official capacity only)
• Kyle Manderfeld (Doe 4, individual capacity only)
