Why It Matters
Linker is the other Deputy Court Administrator whose name shows up on the probate-notice signature block below Upton. Documented on the Estate of Ingeburg E. Hix (62-PR-25-563) in June 2025 and back to the Estate of Diane Shuda (62-PR-23-1025) in November 2023.
Two deputies, one Manager II, one probate portfolio. The rotation of which deputy signs which filing is not published. Whether Girling and Linker each own particular sub-portfolios inside probate or whether the “BY:” signature simply rotates administratively is not something the public record answers. What the record does say: both of them are one rung below Upton, and both of them handle records the corpus documents contests reach.
